Based at Bankhead, this permanent role (36 hours per week) involves working across Fife Council owned bus stations, including Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, and Leven. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bus station, ensuring a safe and efficient environment, and providing a customer focused point of contact for all users of the facility.
This position is to cover a secondment and requires working a shift pattern of five days within a seven-day week, rota based which includes weekend and evening shifts, with enhanced pay for unsocial hours.

The Person
Educated to SCQF level 4, which includes National 4 or Standard Grades at General level or O Grades or equivalent.
Previous experience of working in a public transport role is desirable as is experience in a similar environment / facility. Proven customer care skills are also essential.
