Job Category: Restaurant, Food and BeverageThis position supports service activities with primary responsibility for setting tables; clearing dining tables and bar; refreshing tables; cleaning and sanitizing tables/chairs and booths; cleanliness of work area; delivering food orders to guests; assembling and delivering to go orders when necessary; and supporting bar service activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists guests and servers and in a timely and professional manner.
- Cleans and polishes glassware, flatware, and equipment.
- Removes dirty items from tables, cleans and sets tables with silverware, glassware and china, assemble roll wraps, fill water glasses, and transport food to guests.
- Supports bar staff with clearing soiled items; restocking ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine and paper supplies.
- Transports dirty dishes/glassware, etc. from dining room to kitchen and/or bar.
- Accurately assembles, fills, and delivers to go orders when necessary.
- Ensures the cleanliness and organization of designated work areas. Stocks/replenishes an adequate supply of product and equipment based on expected business volumes and completes set up and break down duties to departmental standard. Sweeps and mops floors.
- Performs all duties on the position checklist including all cleaning duties.
- Complies with company, local, state, and national regulations pertaining to food quality, cleanliness and sanitation standards, alcohol service, and safety.
- Completes any and all other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 6 months to 1-year related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to position self to move about.
- The employee frequently is required to operate and use station tools and equipment; and communicate with guests, employees, and management.
- The employee must move up to 30 pounds frequently.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
