Join Sodexo as a FIFO Bus Driver – Full-Time and Casual Roles Available

Ready to hit the road toward a rewarding career? Sodexo is looking for experienced Bus Drivers to join our welcoming, region-based teams across Western Australia’s remote sites. Whether you're seeking a stable full-time role or prefer the flexibility of casual work, we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle.

FIFO from Perth, WA 2:1 Roster (14 On, 7 Off, 11 hrs/day)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Safely transporting residents between village, mine site, and airport
  • Operating large buses/coaches (53+ seat capacity)
  • Conducting daily vehicle inspections
  • Performing village utility tasks as part of an integrated service delivery mode

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • Australian Citizenship or full working rights
  • Reside in Perth, WA at time of application
  • Experience driving 53+ seat buses or coaches
  • MR license or higher (HR preferred)
  • PTD Authorisation or willingness to obtain (at your own cost)
  • Ability to pass a Bus Driving Assessment
  • Pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
  • National Police Check dated within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain)
