The Bus Driver position reports to the VP of Programs and is accountable for driving the Five Keys Mobile Classroom, a converted SF MUNI public bus now used as a classroom 3-4 days a week in various San Francisco neighborhoods. This position will be responsible for safely driving the mobile classroom to occasional weekend community events with local partners. This position will be required to pick up and drop off the bus at a secure location located on the grounds of the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department County Jail in San Bruno, California, and transporting the bus to various locations on assigned routes. Additional duties include assisting with maintaining vehicle maintenance, records, safety requirements, and cleanliness.
We are looking for someone who insists on maintaining a positive attitude and enjoys supporting a diverse group of people. This job requires clearing a DMV Motor Vehicle Record review by Five Keys’ insurance company and possessing a valid CDL Class B license with Passenger Endorsement.
This is a temporary, on-call/part-time, position. Schedule may vary Monday-Saturday, 8am - 4pm.

Five Keys operates with the goal of restoring communities through education and other programs that respond to the students’ and community needs---which in turn creates safer communities. Five Keys provides a range of educational programs and services including: high school diploma, career and technical education, digital literacy, ESL, cognitive behavioral, recovery programs, case management, correctional education consulting and college access to transitional aged youth and adults in 14 California counties.
