Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for managing, planning and operating Executive Protection schemes at the PMF level in Mexico. Plan and establish the Patrimonial Protection criteria at the PMF level. Responsible for Electronic Surveillance and Security at PMF level.

As Bus Continuity Planning Manager your scope would consist of:

As Security Manager your scope would consist of:Manage the resources of the management (Executive and Patrimonial)Management and development of the management staff (Executive and Patrimonial) Evaluation and establish criteria of the surveillance services at the PMF level.Evaluation and establish criteria of the suppliers of shields for cars, accessories and Equipment.Evaluation and establishment of criteria for CCTV services at the PMF level.Preparation and follow-up for the surveillance and CCTV bidding bases at the PMF level.


Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Degree in Law, Public Security or similar

Experience

Desirable safety certification (EP, CPP, CPO, CSSM, PSP, PSI)

Desirable postgraduate or diploma of specialization in security (DSI, DSE)

Knowledge of Laws (Criminal Codes, Official Mexican Standards, etc.)

Experience 5-7 years in areas of executive and patrimonial protection in companies or government agencies

Armed personnel management

Experience in intelligence and counter intelligence

Experience in management of executive or official protection schemes

Great decision-making capacity

Attitude of service, ability to understand and solve problems

Conversational english language

Negotiation skills

Excellent communication with high-level executives

Time availability

Availability to travel
