The Opportunity:

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program provides the support, training, and confidence you need to become a licensed and professional bus driver. This includes:

  • Extensive induction training combining classroom learning and on-road experience to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
  • Obtaining a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus)
  • Industry-leading pay throughout your training journey
  • A dedicated buddy and support network to guide your development

We’re after people with:

  • Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
  • Hold a current Australian car driver’s licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years)
  • Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
  • Are willing to undertake a pre-employment functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening
  • Are willing to obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Children Check
