Job Description

The Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bundling department, including all products initially received in the department and the handling of all paperwork pertaining to that merchandise. Tracks performance and attendance for all personnel assigned to the bundling area. This position is also responsible for safety, organization, and cleanliness.

YOUR TASKS

• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Assist with inquiries
• Auditing and verifying that the projects are done correctly and according to SOP
• Ensuring the accuracy of all bundling documents
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
• Logs information in SAP system
• Leads, trains, and monitors the work of other shipping associates
• Weekends and Overtime required

YOUR PROFILE

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment
• Proven leadership experience
• Superior problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and organizational skills
• SAP experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Safety knowledge
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to commute to: Ontario, CA
