This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people and working with data. You'll gain exposure to business-critical systems, play a visible role across the organisation and help shape the way technology supports our commercial teams.

Working closely with the Bullhorn Systems & Data Integration Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop your expertise in systems administration, data management and business operations while making a real impact from day one.

  • Prepare and configure laptops and end-user devices for new starters.
  • Provide first-line support for common technology issues and coordinate resolutions where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and user access.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Produce standard reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing improvements to Bullhorn, data quality processes and user experience.
  • Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures and best practice guidance.
  • Play an active role in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working across the business.

What Success Looks Like

  • Commercial teams receive timely, effective and knowledgeable support.
  • Data quality continues to improve, with accurate and compliant records maintained across Bullhorn.
  • New starters are equipped and ready to contribute from day one.
  • User access, technology assets and system administration activities are managed effectively.
  • Colleagues feel confident using Bullhorn and related systems.
  • Processes are continuously improved, creating a better experience for users across the business.
