We invite applications for the position of full-time Bulk Petroleum Supervisor to join our team at our Bulk Petroleum team in Stony Plain, AB. This position will be full-time Monday-Friday, 8am- 4pm.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Petroleum Operations Manager, and is responsible for:

  • Supervise the day to day operations of the Bulk Petroleum Department and provide direction to Cardlock operations, programs and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership to the bulk petroleum team, including recruitment, performance management, training and development of team members.
  • Prepare budget and ensure petroleum products are ordered to maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure claims, invoices and other paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible for coordination and supervision of all safety, maintenance, Alberta Transportation regulations, and environmental policies; ensuring standards are achieved.
  • Manage ongoing development of customer relationships through added value, follow-up and a focus on providing an exceptional experience.

Who you are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-9 years Supervisor experience in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of petroleum products is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to monitor operational costs and efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Class 3A License preferred
