We invite applications for the position of full-time temporary Bulk Petroleum Clerk to join our team at our Bulk Petroleum team in Legal, AB. This position will be full-time temporary until September 30, 2026. Open availability is an asset.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Bulk Petroleum Supervisor, the Bulk Petroleum Clerk is responsible for:

  • Delivering superior customer service and assisting with in-store sales of petroleum products.
  • Provide information, assistance and customer service to members that will promote the sale of petroleum products and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of members.
  • Operate computerized cash register to process payments for petroleum products and merchandise.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations in the Bulk Petroleum Department.
  • Oversee the store price file, ensuring overall maintenance and accuracy.
  • Maintains inventory levels and orders product and merchandise as required.
  • Receives products in Mi9 and CRS mainframe.
  • Processes invoices and transfers.
  • Loading and unloading freight into the warehouse with using a forklift.

Who you are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience or relevant customer service experience
  • Knowledge of petroleum products is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift valid forklift ticket
  • Some lifting required, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
