Main Purpose
To monitor, manage, and coordinate logistic operations for the trading area in bulk shipments. The Bulk Operations team oversees all operations for Coal and Iron Ore products across 10 regional offices.
Knowledge and Skills
Advanced students or university graduates in the following fields: Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting
0–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in trading or logistics companies)
Advanced English proficiency
Portuguese as a second language is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow
Ability to adapt to different situations
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in system management tools (Excel, ERP, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Key Responsibilities
Keep the Trafigura reporting system updated with data provided by internal and external operations teams
Coordinate reporting with the Operations and Risk Management teams
Coordinate invoice reconciliation
Coordinate material movements with warehouses
Produce weekly and monthly operational reports
