Job Duties

  • Under direct supervision, performs general manufacturing tasks under relatively close supervision.
  • Adheres to HSE guidelines.
  • Achieve maximum output of specification finished product.
  • Operate the crushing circuit with the proper shift ore blend(s).
  • Monitor all crushing equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Make minor repairs to crushing circuit when needed.
  • Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
  • Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2 years of experience in processing operations which includes experience in plant operation.
  • Must have a current and valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Has thorough knowledge of production process, safety focus and critical quality issues.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Heavy equipment and mechanical skills preferred.
