As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with Bulgarian-speaking clients to identify their business challenges and deliver tailored technology solutions that drive success. You will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating smooth implementations and providing ongoing client support.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Bulgarian-speaking clients to understand their business needs and requirements
• Design and present customized solutions that address client challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions
• Document client interactions and solution details comprehensively
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Maintain strong client relationships to promote satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Solid understanding of technology solutions and consulting methodologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles is advantageous
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation assistance provided
