Applications are being accepted for the following position:

Building/Grounds/Custodial

Location: Building and Grounds Department

Reports To: Director of Facilities and Operations

Pay: Pay based on experience per contract

Terms: Full-time; 12 months

Posting: July 30, 2026

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge in the use of equipment such as lawn mowers, weed trimmers, etc.
  • Knowledge in dealing with grass, fertilizers, etc.
  • Operate snowplows, salt designated areas, and shovel
  • Follow a schedule for regular maintenance of grounds equipment as well as a schedule for maintenance of the facilities
  • Solve problems and maintain a positive attitude
  • Take direction from the Director of Operations / Principals
  • Must be able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation
  • Must pass a background check, physical, and drug test
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Chauffeur License

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job will consist of maintenance of building and grounds; custodial support in buildings as requested
  • Deal with students, staff, and the public with tact and courtesy
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Work with others and be a part of a team
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities and Operations/Administration
