Building Technician

Location: North Elementary
Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm
Days: M-F
12 month Position
Position open: 9/2/2026
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Generally supervises and maintains the school grounds.
Assumes responsibility for the general security and fire safety of the building.
Performs preventable maintenance on equipment, repairs to minor electrical failures and mechanical failures,
monitors equipment, assists general mechanics, requisitions and receives supplies/ equipment.
Must be able to lift/carry 75 lbs.
Knowledge of waxing and stripping floors preferred.
