Our Field Surveying team based in Albany is seeking an experienced building industry professionals to join their team as a Building Inspector, to take ownership and manage part of their varied portfolios.
You will be responsible for conducting building inspections across your coverage area, to ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and safety requirements. You will have the opportunity to travel around the region, receive comprehensive training and support, and the autonomy to make necessary decisions so that our customers can experience a seamless process with us. You will be working with clients from various sectors of the development community, such as builders, homeowners, architects and developers, providing them with the proper guidance and advice on compliant building practices.

This role requires experience in similar building related roles, with a sound understanding of building design, construction, structural integrity, the Building Code, and the Building Act. We are looking for someone who has a deep knowledge of building compliance and is motivated by helping others understand and meet these requirements. You will need to apply strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to everything you do.

The remuneration range for this role is $88,528 – $ 100,000 per annum (Based on skills & experience)
