If you enjoy a hands-on role that directly impacts the aesthetic appeal of a restaurant, then this is the job for you. You will be responsible for providing preventative and routine maintenance, focused on painting, touch-ups, and cosmetic upkeep across the restaurants in your assigned region.

Responsibilities
• Perform routine and as-needed interior and exterior painting, sealing and caulking, including surface prep, priming, and finishing.
• Patch, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to match existing surfaces, including masonry tuckpointing and quarry tile re-grouting.
• Perform semiskilled building maintenance and fixture repair work to include minor carpentry, and electrical.
• Perform pressure washing and deep cleaning duties behind/ under equipment, fixtures and high reach windows.
• Conduct regular inspections across restaurants to ensure operational readiness and cleanliness
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize and complete work orders for multiple restaurants.
• Regularly check to identify issues related to guest & teammate safety to include litter, lighting, landscape, and curb appeal.
• Daily reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of two years of related experience is required, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle physical workload, lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a boom bucket lift.
• Must be able to safely setup, take down up to 30’ extension ladders and safely ascend, descend and work while standing on a ladder.
• Ability to operate a computer and professional use of software (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
• Must comply with all safety and quality requirements while performing the job, including wearing required PPE.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Bilingual a plus.
