Job Description

Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Building Services Engineer to support our Building Services Team.

• Work on a variety of engineering and maintenance projects
• Build leadership experience in team and contractor management

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee fitting out and alteration & addition (A&A) works, including retail-to-F&B conversion projects
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of company buildings, physical plants, and engineering facilities, ensuring cost-effective performance in line with company policies and regulatory standards
• Manage the Building Services team, including budgeting, inventory reporting, staff rostering, and sustainability data reporting
• Monitor front-line productivity, inventory levels, and preventive planned maintenance completion through the Yardi system
• Oversee all maintenance contractors and develop monthly and annual maintenance programs, while preparing regular engineering, utility, and repair and maintenance (R&M) reports with analytical insights when required
• Handle the renewal of maintenance contracts and prepare quotations for routine repair and maintenance (R&M) services
• Promote and support the implementation of CSR initiatives within daily operations and work activities; onitor and verify utility consumption data to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements
• Ensure timely renewal of electrical and mechanical system certificates and licenses, in full compliance with Hong Kong’s statutory regulations
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and engineering system breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions

General Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with proven experience in team supervision and contractor coordination
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Registered Electrical Worker Grade B(0) or above is preferred
