Building Service Coordinator

Location: 155 Crystal Run Rd, Middletown, NY 10941 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) Hours: 40 hours/week Pay $16.00

We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Handler to join our Materials Management team in Middletown, NY. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and storage of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medical gases. Key Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries from supply vendors and parcel delivery services as they arrive
• Record all incoming deliveries on the daily log
• Inspect packages upon receipt and cross-reference contents against packing slips to verify accuracy
• Properly store medical supplies, drugs, vaccines, and medical gases in their designated storage locations
• Assist with ongoing monitoring of medical supplies inventory levels

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow established procedures for receiving, inspecting, and storing sensitive materials
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/materials management environment
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• No professional certification required
