TITLE: Building Secretary - Technology Department
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Good personal appearance with avoidance of extremes in dress and actions.
3. Ability to pass Grammar, Spelling, Math, Office Filing/Sorting, Proofreading, Computer Applications and Bookkeeping tests at 70%
4. Assist with diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware, chromebooks, iPads, projectors, software, and minor networking issues,
5. Knowledge of electronic communication, computer applications, Google Apps.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the Director of Instructional Technology
JOB GOAL:
Provide clerical and administrative support to district personnel as assigned.
