Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, prepare quotation, technical queries and cost estimates.
Analyse tender pricing and prepare contractors' bill of quantities for M&E elements, contract reviews and tender submissions.
Address Extensions of Time and related claims.
Source, Evaluate and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors, handle interim progress claim and variation of sub-contractors' progress claims in a timely manner
Source and compare three quotes for materials and monitor orders.
Preparation and submission of variation order and final Accounts.
Track changes to the Design/Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
Interpret and prepare M&E shop drawings, section details, building drawings, co-ordination drawings, reading specifications.
Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
Able to liaise with consultants, architects, clients in the administration of projects
Manage subcontractor and vendor claims.
Manage project timeline and cost.
Perform additional quantity surveying tasks as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey/ Building Services or equivalent
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Must have quantity surveying experience / exposure, proficient in Standard forms of Contract (PSSCOC/ SIA)
Conversant with Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
Required Skill(s): Autocad 2D, Autocad3D
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in M&E or equivalent
Able to work independently under minimal supervision, self-motivated
Must have good communication skills and well-versed in English to be able to communicate with both internal & external stakeholders
Enthusiastic, Positive Attitude and Team Player
Proficient in MS Office applications
