You’ll play a key role in managing our space portfolio, optimizing inventory and utilization to ensure every square foot supports how we operate today, and how we grow tomorrow. From concept to execution, you’ll contribute to the planning and development of spaces that align with organizational priorities and enhance the overall workplace experience.

A big part of your impact will come from conducting research and analysis and preparing compelling design feasibility studies to support potential projects. You’ll bring insights to life, helping guide smart, strategic decisions. Ultimately, your work will ensure that our space strategy is not just functional, but forward-thinking—fully aligned with OLG’s business goals, operational needs, and long-term vision.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to bring together space and furniture needs, creating workplace solutions that are practical, polished, and business-focused

  • Oversee the creation of preliminary feasibility and seating plans for portfolio optimization in order to identify and implement the most effective solutions

  • Lead interior design assignments for pre-design, programing, schematic design and provide recommendations on facilities design to ensure that implementations align with OLG’s brand strategy

  • Ensure that space assigned to Business Partners meets their immediate needs and workstyles in order to facilitate an optimal workspace

  • Liaise with stakeholders to gain understanding of specific client needs and translate them into real estate and accommodation solutions to facilitate a high-functionality workspace

  • Manage the development and implementation of space analysis, area allocations and general area calculations for incoming or moving staff, or operational projects to facilitate a streamlined space transition process
