We’re hiring a Building Operations Manager to lead operational performance across a portfolio of condo, co-op, and HOA communities.
You’ll be the senior point of accountability for building operations, vendor execution, escalations, and board confidence across your portfolio. You’ll work directly with board members, supers, contractors, and internal teams to solve problems quickly, improve building performance, and create a consistently high standard of service.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines operational judgment, executive presence, and a bias for action.
