Position : Building Officer (Arabic)

Reporting to : Property Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Check the presence and duties of tower personnel (security guards, receptionist, cleaners)
• Inspect reception desk, elevators, toilets, for cleanliness
• Respond to emails from tenants and handle job card requests
• Attend urgent tenant requests, conduct personal inspections and hold meetings with tenants
• Follow up on pending maintenance work with the FM Supervisor and ITD issues
• Send documents and cheque payments from tenants to the Head Office
• Provide daily updates on maintenance activities to the ITD Maintenance Department
• Update completed job cards in the system through FM Helpdesk
• Provide access requests from contractors and tenant work permits
• Conduct routine inspections inside and outside the building premises
• Report maintenance issues directly to the FM Supervisor
• Monitor sanitation and tidiness of common areas
• Approve and manage tenant access card requests
• Send building circular notices (eg. for fire alarm testing)
• Prepare and request items to be delivered and acquired in the ITD store
• Assist clients and prospective tenants with vacant floor viewings
• Prepare vacant floors for leasing
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and handovers of tenants
• Prepare handovers for incoming tenants (access cards, parking lots, office keys)
