Job Title: Building Material Sales Engineer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
Total Experience Required: 4–6 years in Sales
Experience/Certification
Proven sales expertise in construction products
Technical knowledge of building/construction materials
Qatar Driving License is mandatory
Nationality Preference: Open / as per company policy
Language Preference: English (fluency in Arabic is a plus)
Age Bracket: 25–40 years
We are seeking a motivated Building Material Sales Engineer to drive sales and develop strong client relationships in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of building materials with a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and customer requirements.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of construction materials and applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Qatar driving license for client site visits.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary – 7,000 – 8,500 / per month
Annual Incentive – 10,000 QAR / per year
Car + Fuel Exp + Mobile +
Insurance (Private Hospital) + yearly Air tickets
Annual Leave salary - One moth
gross salary
End of service benefit – as per
the Qatar labor law
