Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) is looking for a Building Manager to oversee high standards of property facilities and services to support the reputation of the property.
Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Property Manager in aspects of building maintenance and to ensure the smooth operation of the centre in aspects such as preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company’s policies.
Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure the centre’s M&E meets the required efficiency and complies with all local codes and authorities regulations
Prepare monthly management reports/documents.
Staff Development and create a strong and efficient operation team
Requirements:
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
Familiar with Green Mark Building Requirement
ACMV Knowledge
Familiar to FSSD code / Knowledge will be an added advantage
Familiar with local code of practise for various M&E trade and local authorities regulation
Familiar with submission procedures to various authorities
Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage
