WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Building Managers (Live-In) contribute to the successful operations of our multi-unit apartment complexes. The role is responsible for efficiently responding to resident requests for repairs, for providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, as well as upkeeping apartment units and grounds to the Hazelview standard. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
Compensation:
This posting is to backfill an existing position within the team.
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $32,000 - $42,000 The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package. For live-in positions, a unit will also be provided as part of the package. Other offerings also include quarterly bonuses, comprehensive health and dental benefits, employee recognition program, continuous development opportunities, and a variety of paid time off plans (e.g. vacation, wellness, and volunteering days).
