Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building and facilities, including managing outsourced services such as M&E, security, cleaning, landscaping, and pest control.
• Lead and guide a team of executives, ensuring work quality, service standards, and timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure the building and all systems are well-maintained, and follow up on any rectification works.
• Manage vendor performance, including reviewing service standards, contracts, and deliverables.
• Handle the tendering and procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and recommending vendors for maintenance and repair works.
• Prepare and monitor operational and capital expenditure budgets, ensuring cost control and effective resource planning.
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including obtaining necessary licenses and certifications.
• Support tenant relations by managing fit-out works, reinstatement processes, and addressing tenant feedback or requests.

Requirements:

• Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing building operations, preferably within commercial properties.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
