Maintenance Technicians - All Skill Levels

The Essentials

• Pay: ranges from $21.50-$25+/hr (Based on experience)
• Hours: Regular hours Mon-Fri, daytime hours; rotating on-call schedule
• Stability: Full-time, no winter layoffs, 401(k) + Match, and full Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision).

The Work

You’ll handle the "Big Four" of property maintenance:

• Plumbing & Electrical: Fixtures, leaks, switches, and lighting.
• Carpentry: Drywall, paint, and general repairs.
• HVAC: Basic troubleshooting (No certs required).
• Tech: Using a mobile device to manage your day.

What You Need

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or construction.
• Reliability: Valid DL, insured vehicle, and a clean background/drug screen.
• Availability: Willingness to join a shared on-call rotation.
