
The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees.
The starting rate of pay is $22 / hr based on a 40 hour work week.
This position will be based in Charleston and include extensive travel with a company car within the defined territories: Charleston, Myrtle Beach and Pee Dee Region. During working hours, tools and a work vehicle will be supplied.

The position will work the the Property Development Department to improve the appearance and safety of all our locations through regular repairs, preventative maintenance, cleaning and assisting with branch renovations. This position may require work in painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, data and phone wiring, signs and lighting or other maintenance tasks as assigned. The individual will be expected to perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance to our Quality Standards.
