Job Description

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience) + shift differentials and on-call incentives

Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community is seeking a dependable Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our campus operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and taking pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for older adults, we'd like to meet you.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Rotating shifts as operational needs require
  • Participation in an on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the overall operation of our senior living campus by:

  • Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing facility equipment and building systems
  • Completing preventative maintenance assignments to minimize downtime
  • Addressing maintenance requests in resident apartments and common areas
  • Assisting with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
  • Identifying potential safety concerns and recommending solutions
  • Helping maintain an attractive, functional, and comfortable environment

Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of facility, building, or maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

  • HVAC maintenance or repair experience
  • Technical school coursework or Associate degree in a related field
