
Building Maintenance Technician
Location: Brea, CA
Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00/hour

Your Challenge:
Responds to facility-related service requests including, but not limited to, spot painting, cleaning, light construction, and/or exterior cleanup. Coordinates with external vendors and service providers on building and equipment repairs. May perform other activities such as audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences, inter-office mail deliveries, wastepaper recycling, and stocking of employee break areas. Operates site equipment as needed. (20%)
Coordinates office space planning and organization, including setting up workstations, desks and meeting rooms. Relocates furniture and office equipment as required. (20%)
Assists in the maintenance and repairs for the facility infrastructure, including HVAC, structural, mechanical and electrical systems. (20%)
Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and facilities-related activities. Prepare basic reports for management on facility performance, issues and resolutions. (20%)
Maintains proper documentation such as power diagrams, network diagrams, space usage, etc. Assists with the editing of media materials. (20%)
Your Expertise:
Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
Ability to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance processes, building systems and safety protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues.
