Job Description

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications.   With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft, automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.
Mini-Circuits sells our products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.
 
Salary range: $20/hr. - $25/hr.
 
Performs maintenance repairs to the building and all related systems and equipment. Serves as Driver and transports Members and Company property between production facilities and performs deliveries and pick-ups as required.   Also maintains the company vehicle in a clean and safe condition.
 
Job Function:
           Transports supplies, production parts, and company personnel as directed.
           Ensures the proper delivery of inter-building mail and other materials.
           Receive, sort, and log incoming mail, parcels, and interoffice correspondence, ensuring timely distribution to the correct departments or individuals.
           Weigh packages, determine correct postage, prepare shipping labels, and arrange courier pickups.
           Assists Office Administrator with ad-hoc projects.
           Handles routine preventative maintenance on all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators)
           Proactively identifies potential problems and notifies their supervisor as necessary.
           Conduct regular inspections of the building’s interior, exterior, and mechanical rooms to identify hazards and cleanliness standards.
           Perform indoor and outdoor janitorial duties as needed.
           Installs and repairs electrical light fixtures, plumbing devices such as flushometers, and faucets.
           Utilizes hand tools and powered hand tools while performing maintenance functions.
           Performs plastering and painting as needed.
           Performs activities such as snow removal, and building emergencies as required.
           Perform any facility/maintenance related job tasks.
           Uses voltage and amperage meters, pressure gauges, and other test equipment while performing maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
 
Qualifications:
           High School diploma or GED.
           Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, engineering, or property management.
           Have a working knowledge of the various tools utilized in building maintenance.
           Ability to use electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
           Must be able to read, write, and orally communicate proficiently in English.
           Clean driving record with limited to none violations or accidents – subject to a five-year record review

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds or heavier. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
