
Our Building & Grounds Department located in Queensbury, NY has a full-time, 40-hour Building & Grounds Technician II position available. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm* (which includes a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch break) with overtime as needed for snow removal/emergencies. The range of pay for this position is $21.25-$23.33 per hour depending on experience, and this is an hourly position This position will provide maintenance that will include plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Floating on-call requirement.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• At least 2 years of experience in building or grounds maintenance = preferred.
• Must have a strong background in at least one of the following areas: plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, basic electrical, building and equipment repair, or grounds maintenance.
• Requires the ability to perform essential job functions that include prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting; and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
