The Durango La-Plata County (DRO) airport is looking for team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting airport environment. As a Seasonal Building & Grounds Maintenance worker, you will play an important role in keeping the airport safe, welcoming, and efficient throughout the busy winter season.

You'll help maintain airside and landside pavement areas, grounds, and facilities to ensure they are safe and look their best for everyone, from travelers to pilots. Previous experience in snow removal or grounds maintenance is preferred.

Winter months call for a dedicated commitment, with availability for snowplow shifts that may include weekends, nights, and holidays. To show our appreciation for your dedication during this critical time, you'll be eligible to receive a $560 monthly snow removal bonus from December through March. This is a seasonal position with an anticipated six-month season running November 1 through April 30, with some flexibility in the season dates based on availability.
