Building Facilities Maintenance Admin

We are seeking a team player willing to work in a collaborative environment and enthusiastic about continuous improvement to support the following tasks:

• Patch sheet rock and paint minor commercial office space/repairs
• Support/assist engineering team with daily maintenance task
◦ Plumbing
◦ Electrical
◦ HVAC
◦ Cooling tower Water management
◦ Flooring
• Minor door adjustments (closers, hinges, handles, slides, etc…)
• General site cleanup/maintenance

Must be:
• Dependable (timely and dail
• Use a PC to communicate with emails and track service request

Physical Requirements:

Selected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
