Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks of the premises to ensure facilities and infrastructure are in safe and serviceable condition.
• Manage day-to-day building operations, including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste disposal, irrigation, carpark functions, defect rectification, and general repairs.
• Supervise the use of common areas and shared facilities to ensure proper upkeep and compliance with building rules.
• Coordinate with term contractors to ensure timely servicing and maintenance of all building systems in line with agreed schedules.
• Perform regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, adequate signage, and the overall presentation of the property and carpark.
• Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Inspect and test fire protection and safety systems to ensure full functionality and regulatory compliance, including organizing fire drills.
• Liaise with tenants, external parties, and authorities on building improvements, regulatory matters, and emergency response when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Management & Services or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach.
• A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
