The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance at The Century, ensuring that all common areas, amenities, and residential spaces are maintained to the highest standard. This position oversees the property’s maintenance program, including in-unit annual inspections, routine upkeep, and all maintenance-related requests submitted through the property’s ticketing system.
Working under the supervision of the Chief of Engineering and in coordination with the Building Engineering team, this role is solely dedicated to maintenance operations. The Maintenance Technician will manage, distribute, perform, and document all maintenance and inspection activities while maintaining consistent communication with residents, vendors, and management. Professional presentation and clear communication—both verbal and written—are essential to success in this position.
