Ampla Health is seeking an experienced and hands-on Building Coordinator to support construction and maintenance projects across our clinic sites. Reporting to the Building Operations Manager, this role involves tenant improvements (TIs), general construction, remodeling, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete TI and remodeling projects (framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, etc.)
• Read blueprints, maintain project timelines, and ensure quality control
• Assist with facility repairs and maintenance
• Track budgets, materials, and project reports
• Maintain safe, clean job sites and ensure proper use of tools and vehicles

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience (TI, general trades, or HVAC)
• Advanced knowledge in at least one area: framing, plumbing/electrical, or HVAC
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
• Valid CA driver’s license and ability to travel to clinic sites
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors/in varied physical conditions
