Are you passionate about turning complex building systems into smarter, more efficient environments?

We are looking for a Building Automation Programmer to join our team and work on challenging automation projects across environments such as data centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, universities, schools, and high-rise buildings.

In this role, you will develop and deliver complete programming solutions for commercial HVAC and building automation systems, working closely with engineering, design, graphics, and field commissioning teams.

What you'll do

  • Program complex commercial HVAC and building automation applications using graphical/block programming, including the Desigo PXC controller platform.
  • Develop control strategies and sequences of operation based on project requirements.
  • Test and validate programs before release to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Create functional testing documentation to support field commissioning.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to review specifications, identify discrepancies, and resolve technical requirements.
  • Support graphics development by providing the required dynamic point information.
  • Provide technical support and programming expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Share technical knowledge and support the development of other team members.
  • Work independently while collaborating with a distributed technical team.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience programming commercial HVAC or Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).
  • Experience developing HVAC control strategies and sequences of operation.
  • Hands-on experience with graphical/block programming for building automation controllers.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, design, and construction documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.
  • Availability to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without company sponsorship.
