Brisbane City Council are currently searching for highly motivated team members to join the Building and Construction Management Team, within Development Services.

The Role
We are currently recruiting for Building and Construction Liaison Officer roles across Band 4 and Band 5 within City Planning and Economic Development Services.
In this predominantly field‑based role, you will work directly with construction sites, stakeholders and the community to support conformance with development outcomes across Brisbane.
You’ll foster strong relationships, proactively identify and mitigate issues, and help ensure construction activity aligns with approvals while minimising impacts such as noise, dust and disruption to the surrounding community. Combining stakeholder engagement, construction and investigative skills, you will assess construction activities, gather evidence and support desirable development outcomes.
