Join our team in our new role of Building Administrator for Residential !

Are you a detail-oriented Administrator with a knack for ensuring standards are met from start to finish? We’re looking for a proactive individual to join our team and support our residential construction projects, overseeing supplier and contractor compliance while facilitating smooth project transitions to obtain occupancy certificates.

In this role you will play a critical part in providing essential administrative support across construction operations, ensuring subcontractor compliance, WHS documentation, and pre-construction activities to ensure that sites are delivered to market safely and compliantly. You will also coordinate warranty and maintenance processes, support site and WHS teams, and maintain high standards of documentation, data accuracy, and quality assurance throughout the build lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Subcontractor Management & WHS Compliance

• Maintain an up to date subcontractor database
• Manage subcontractor compliance packs, ensuring licences, insurances, and WHS documentation are current

Construction Administration

• Coordinate and manage all pre construction administration, including ordering reports, documentation, and permits.
• Ensure client variations provided by the Sales team are accurate.
• Manage compliance documentation throughout the build, including tracking and resolving non compliances through to completion.
• Prepare and coordinate client handover packs and all associated documentation.

Warranty & Maintenance

• Process and manage warranty requests, inspections, and associated documentation
• Liaise with residents and the resort team to provide updates and coordinate warranty and maintenance activities.

General Administration & Quality Assurance

• Create and issue purchase orders as required for WHS and other operational items
• Coordination of rebate claims
• Maintain data accuracy and support continuous improvement in database quality assurance
• Perform general administrative duties and assist the broader team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a detailed and process driven administrator.
• An understanding of construction regulations, building codes, and the occupancy certification process
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills to manage suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and navigate multiple projects
