
Position Title:
Building AdministratorReporting to the Facilities Division Director, incumbent is responsible for the comfort, convenience, safety, efficiency, and good repair of the city buildings assigned to their portfolio. This position will maintain a broad knowledge of building and occupant needs for the purposes of various uses, events and needs.

This position is term-limited through the end of the current fiscal year (June 30th, 2027) and may be renewed for additional one-year periods, contingent upon available funding and budget approval. Continued employment beyond the current term is not guaranteed.
The Building Administrator is a hands-on member of the Facilities Division with primary responsibility for the day-to-day operation, safety, and maintenance of the ballpark facility currently occupied by the City, along with other assigned facilities. This position coordinates building needs, work orders, vendors, contractors, and facility services while providing responsive customer service to building occupants and city departments.
The position will perform minor building maintenance and basic repairs as needed to support the ongoing operation of the facility. The Building Administrator will also coordinate with the Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA), Special Events, and other city partners on events and activities at or around the ballpark, including event-related facility needs and services.
About the Team:
The Building Administrator reports to the Facilities Division Director and works closely with the CRA, Special Events, city departments, contractors, vendors, security, janitorial services, and other facility partners.
The Facilities team works collaboratively to keep city facilities safe, functional, and well maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, comfortable with both hands-on and administrative work, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
