As the Builder & Strategic Partnerships Manager within Pryda, you will play a pivotal role in shaping growth across Australia's residential construction market. Leading a small team, you will work with some of the country's largest builders and developers to create demand for Pryda's innovative timber and construction solutions by building trusted strategic relationships and influencing project specifications.

You will be the key connection between builders, developers, Pryda and our fabrication network, helping customers solve challenges, improve project outcomes and adopt smarter construction systems. Success will be measured by your ability to generate new opportunities, increase specification demand and drive sustainable growth across the East Coast.

What You Will Do

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with major residential builders, developers and industry stakeholders.
• Create and execute account plans that increase specification and adoption of Pryda solutions across target customers.
• Engage senior decision-makers across construction, procurement, design, estimating and operations functions.
• Partner with Pryda's fabrication network to identify and convert commercial opportunities that support mutual growth.
• Provide market intelligence on industry trends, alternative construction methods, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering and channel partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and business growth.

What You Bring

• 10+ years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account management or a related commercial role.
• Proven success influencing senior stakeholders within the construction, building products or residential housing sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing high-value customer relationships and demonstrated leadership ability
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills a.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is desirable; existing builder relationships across the East Coast are highly regarded.
