Primera is seeking a Builder Sales Manager with established Las Vegas builder relationships to expand and strengthen our presence within the homebuilding market. This high-visibility role offers autonomy, uncapped commission upside, and direct accountability for territory revenue growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$100,000 Base Salary

• Uncapped Commission Structure (OTE $120,000 – $160,000+)

What You’ll Own

• Grow and manage builder relationships within the Las Vegas territory

• Identify new community opportunities and secure competitive bids

• Partner with estimating to develop accurate, strategic proposals

• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms

• Expand wallet share within existing builder accounts

• Drive new builder acquisition

• Maintain an active pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets

• Build long-term strategic partnerships with production and multifamily builders.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience selling into production or multifamily homebuilders

• Existing relationships with production or multifamily homebuilders in the Las Vegas market required

• Proven ability to win new business and expand existing accounts

• Hunter mentality with strong relationship management capability

• Ability to operate independently and drive results without direct supervision

• Experience managing multiple builder accounts within a geographic territory
