What You’ll Do

• Make a meaningful difference by providing individual and group counseling that supports patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and work directly with patients to identify their needs, strengths, and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to help create personalized, effective treatment plans.
• Partner with patients to develop and regularly review individualized treatment plans, celebrating progress and adjusting goals as their needs evolve.
• Support successful transitions in care by developing thoughtful aftercare and discharge plans that promote continued recovery.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure patients receive consistent, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout treatment.
• Help create a supportive treatment environment where patients feel respected, encouraged, and empowered in their recovery.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support patients, the clinical team, and the overall success of the program.

Salary Range:

Salary ranges from $45,000 – 55,000 annualized. (This position is non-exempt, overtime eligible with prior approval)

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, licensure, and training.
