Job Location: HEADQUARTERS - WILLOWBROOK, IL 60527
Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly

We're hiring hands-on team members to join our build shop at Club Champion. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn a specialized trade, work with premium equipment from the industry's top brands, and grow into advanced roles like Master Builder.
Golf experience is a plus, but no experience required--we'll train you.
What You'll Do
- Sand and finish club components (precision detail work)
- Adjust/Bend clubs using specialized tools to meet exact specs (loft & lie)
- Clean, polish, and prepare clubs for shipment
- Assist with warehouse operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with your hands (tools, assembly, building)
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse, mechanical, or production experience is a plus--but not required

What You'll Bring
- Mechanically inclined, experience with hand/power tools
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and strong communication skills
- Attention to details and high degree of accuracy
- Punctual, flexible, and ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of golf clubs and parts, familiarity with brands, types, etc. (preferred)

The hourly rate for this role is $17.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including; paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance to eligible employees.
