In this role, you will be part of:
Observing how guests interact with our experiences and identifying opportunities to enhance play, engagement, and flow
Building and testing physical prototypes and experience concepts to explore new ideas
Exploring how physical and digital elements can support each other in creating engaging play experiences
Designing and shaping playful elements and activities as part of cross functional projects
Collaborating with colleagues to continuously evolve how we design and refine experiences
Ensuring diversity and inclusion are thoughtfully embedded in all experiences we create
We imagine that you:
Have an interest in play experience design and hands-on creative work
Are curious about how people explore, imagine, and engage in playful environments
Enjoy prototyping, testing, and learning through experimentation
Have an interest in how physical play can connect with simple digital interactions
Like working iteratively and are comfortable trying ideas that may or may not work
Bring creative thinking and a practical approach to developing concepts
Are studying within play design, experience design, design, or a related field is an advantage

Practical Information
The expected start date for this position is September 1st.
This is a student position averaging approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods and study commitments.
