Build Foreman – Solutions Plus

The Opportunity
Our team is looking for an experienced Build Foreman to lead the construction of amenities buildings and sports club facilities. You'll oversee site delivery from start to finish, coordinating trades and ensuring these builds are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors on the construction of amenities buildings and sports clubs
• Plan and sequence works to keep the build program on track
• Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements and site safety standards
• Liaise with project managers, clients and site teams to resolve issues quickly
• Monitor quality control and ensure works meet specification
• Manage materials, plant and equipment on site
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain accurate site records

About You

• Proven experience as a Foreman delivering building construction, ideally amenities buildings, sports facilities or similar commercial builds
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
• Current White Card and relevant trade or supervisory qualifications
• A valid driver's licence
