IT Support Specialist – Hybrid (GBA North Area, Argentina)

We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialistto provide services to one of our clients, a multinational company located in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) This is a hybrid rolecombining on-site and remote work.

Candidates must be based in the northern area of the Greater Buenos Aires region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware and software
• Gradually take ownership of application, infrastructure, and operations support
• Manage and follow up on tickets
• Deliver high-quality support to internal users, including senior stakeholders

You will be working in an environment based on:

• Windows 11
• Microsoft Office 365
• Copilot (nice to have)

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Systems, or related field
• At least 5 years of proven experiencein IT support roles
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders (managers, executives, CEOs)is a strong plus
• Strong adaptability and willingness to grow within the role
